Extracted values are validated against known formats, expected ranges, and cross-field logic rules before being written to the system—catching anomalies that would otherwise require manual correction after the fact.
Validated fields are mapped to their exact corresponding fields in the ACES program management system and written automatically—eliminating manual transcription entirely for routine funding submissions.
Any form where the AI has low confidence in an extraction, or where validation rules are not met, is flagged and routed to a staff review queue with the specific field and reason highlighted—keeping humans in the loop only where they add genuine value.
